The Rupert & Dora website www.rupertanddora.com.au.au (website) is owned and operated by Rupert & Dora Pty. Ltd. (Rupert & Dora, ABN 94 166 675 583) on an “as is” and “as available“ basis.
In this Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Rupert & Dora.

Our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy (Policy) sets out how we handle returns, refunds and exchanges.

If you change your mind or something isn’t right, we are happy to accept a return subject to this Policy.

General
• Items can be returned via post or in-store for a refund or exchange; note that if an item is exchanged via post additional delivery charges may apply.
• Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty
• If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item and confirmed that the item meets the conditions of this policy.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
• Item(s) must be returned to us within 28 business days from the date of purchase together with proof of purchase
• Return items must be in its original packaging (including instruction manuals and all accessories) with all tags
• Return items must unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition
• Return of used, damaged or soiled items will not be accepted
• The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).
• The customer is responsible for delivery charges associated with returning goods for refund or exchange (errors excluded)
• We accept no responsibility for loss or damage caused during transit of your return items

Goods for which a change of mind return is not available
Items are not eligible for a refund or exchange under the change of mind returns policy if the item falls into one of the following categories:
• Clearance items
• Food
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Pharmaceuticals
These products can still be returned under the faulty items returns policy.

Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, not fit for purpose or does not match the sample or description we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
